It has been two years since I moved from China to New Zealand.  I am very pleased to study in this school.  During these two years I have made lots of new friends at school and my English has improved with help from the school teachers.  The students and teachers are very friendly.  I feel very comfortable and happy being one of the Wentworth College students and I intend to study here until I go to University.

我从中国来新西兰留学已经两年了。我很喜欢在韦特和夫中学学习。在这两年间，我在校内结交了很多朋友，老师亦帮助我大大提升英语水平。同学与老师都十分友善。成为韦特和夫中学的学生，令我感到十分高兴。我打算在新西兰学习直到大学毕业。

 Zhou Gang ( Jacky) Year 12 十二年级

I came to New Zealand because it is a good place to learn English.  I think this was a good choice.  As soon as I arrived, my English started to get better.  I have studied for one year at Wentworth College and I am very happy here.  I have made friends in school.  The big difference to things in China is the way to study, but I like the Wentworth way better.  I am very happy to study and live in New Zealand.

我选择来新西兰留学，是因为这里是一个学习英语的好地方。我认为这个选择是十分明智的。来到新西兰后，我的英语能力不断提升。我在韦特和夫中学学习已达一年时间，我很喜欢这所学校。我在校内结交了新朋友。这里与国内的不同之处在于学习方式。我喜欢韦特和夫中学的学习方式。我在新西兰的留学生活十分愉快。

 Zhang Dequan (Dion) Year 11 十一年级

I have been studying in New Zealand for one year.  New Zealand is a very good place.  The country still has a rich natural environment, so I can observe various animals.  At first when I came to Wentworth College to study I was nervous because I could not speak English and I thought I would not make friends.   All the students at Wentworth are very kind and help me in class if I cannot understand.  I played soccer in Japan and I now play here.   The study is hard but my teachers and my friends help me.  I like New Zealand and Wentworth College.  I have one more year so I will study hard. 

我在新西兰已学习一年。新西兰是一个好地方。这里有很多自然环境，让我接触多种动物。当我初初在韦特和夫中学学习时，我感到很紧张，因为我不会说英语，我害怕认识不到朋友。韦特和夫中学的所有学生都十分友善，当我在课堂上遇到问题，他们十分热心地帮助我。我在日本踢足球，现在我在校内都可以踢足球。学习艰辛，但老师及朋友对我帮助不少。我喜欢新西兰及韦特和夫中学。还有一年时间就毕业，我将会继续努力学习。

I have studied at Wentworth College for 2 years.  New Zealand is a nice country and Wentworth College is a very good place for me to study English.  My parents got information about New Zealand so they agreed for me to come and study here.
When I came to Wentworth College, I found it is a new school with many good teachers.  There are not many Chinese students which makes me have to study English hard.  Also there are many sport teams in our school.  I am a student that likes sport very much.  I have made a lot of friends from these sport teams.  We play games together, and get quite good results. 
At Wentworth, I improve my English a lot because every day I have to use English.  Teachers help me with my study, they explain everything carefully to make sure I can understand and they are very enthusiastic. 
I am very glad to study at Wentworth College, and to be in New Zealand. 

我在韦特和夫中学已学习两年。新西兰是一个十分美好的国家，而韦特和夫中学是一个学习英语的好地方。我父母取得很多有关新西兰的资料，因为他们赞成我来新西兰学习。
当我入读韦特和夫中学时，我发现这是一所拥有很多良师的新成立的学校。这里没有太多中国学生，这令我更加用心学习英语。学校设有很多运动团队。我是一个十分热爱运动的人。我在校内的运动团队内结交了很多朋友。我们一起参与运动，亦取得良好成绩。
在韦特和夫中学，我的英语进步了不少，因为我每天都要使用英语。老师在学习上提供很多帮助，他们对我悉心教导，确保我能明白他们的教学，他们对教学充满热诚。
能够在新西兰及韦特和夫中学学习，我感到十分高兴。
